Tammi Ramos, Practice Administrator

Tammi Ramos is the Practice Administrator for Hematology Oncology Associates of Brooklyn. Tammi manages the group’s daily operations, contracts, financials, billing department, performance reporting, HIPAA, policies and procedures, and is also the practice representative. Tammi received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance and minored in Accounting. Tammi also completed the CPC course and ICD-10 CM Hematology/ Oncology Specialty certification.   Tammi began her career as a medical biller and was also an Emergency Medical Technician. Tammi comes with over 15 years of Practice Management experience and has been employed by H.O.A.B for over 10 years.

Tammi is an active member of the Medical Group Management Association, Hematology Oncology Managers of New York, American Academy of Professional Coders and the Community Oncology Alliance.
